It is LENS.COM in disguise.I ordered my contacts 22 days ago. I had not heard ANYTHING for two weeks so I called to find out they were on backorder. About five days after that I recceive an email saying that my contacts were being shipped and would arrive in 5-7 days.I received them today and one of the boxes is wrong. I will never order from them again. Check reviews before ordering. I think they set up different names to keep getting suckers.

Wish I found this page sooner. I placed an order and applied a $30 off coupon code. The total showed a discount of only about $9. I asked them to itemize how 16 * 19.99 (the amount per box shown on the page) plus 7.95 shipping added up to 348.57. Their reply: The variation in the costing you’re seeing is due mostly to the fluctuations in the economy ... Due to a recent increase in our handling costs we have been forced to implement a temporary handling surcharge. ... Currently, a handling fee of 6.5% of the product value will automatically be included in your order total ...Something that is NOWHERE on the invoice page. This is total BS!

If I could give no stars I would. I wish I had found this website before I place my order (which I just canceled). I paid for the 2 day shipping... when I called to find out where my order was 3 days later they said they wouldn't ship from the manufacture until next week! I needed them this week which is why I paid $15 for 2 day shipping. When I tried to cancel the order they would not provide anything other than a VERBAL confermation. They were very rude. Not worth the little bit of money I was saving. DO NOT USE!
