I have a personal infatuation with Lynda Carter so I have been buying my contacts from them (I know that is weird) for years now. Aside from the points for having Wonder Woman as their spokeswoman, I must say that 1-800-Contacts is the best! The contact lenses are of the same quality as I paid more for at my eye doctors, service is outstanding.

I agree with you Samuel that Lynda Carter was hot. That aside, I thought the service was great. I ordered my contacts on 9/18 - got them on 9/22. When buying contacts online,might as well go with the pros.

I have purchased from visiondirect.com - I use the expensive night and day contact lenses. I know it probably wasn't there fault, but you are supposed to be able to sleep in the contacts but I woke up the next day with a giant stye in my left eye. I never had that happen when i ordered from 1-800-contacts.

When they started out as just an ad on tv - before Al Gore invented the internet? Off topic, yes. But I ordered then and continue to know. The contact lenses are high quality and much cheaper than those from my optometrist.

They were pretty good - I don't like having to go to the eyedoctor every 6 months for a valid prescription though.
