Stay away from this company. Aside from having a "could care less" customer service attitude they have a very deceptive ordering practice. They add a handling fee that is not detailed until the end of the ordering process after you have already given them your credit card info. They hide this fee so you won't notice till the end. They charge for shipping and other much better companies do not. Don't use them.

There is a handling fee that is pretty deceptively added. I sent an email that wasn't returned and was practically hung up on by customer service. They know that they are not really delivering what they promise. BEWARE!

This company was very difficult to work with in getting my lenses. I ordered 4 pairs of contacts which is a pretty big order for one person. It took 6 weeks to get the lenses because of all the problems I had with requirements that were not made clear at the time that I ordered and no one seemed to call back. I had to keep calling back to get my order processed! Once I received the lenses, there were problems with two pairs of the lenses. The left ones had sharp edges that scratched my cornea. Their "solution" was to send them back to the manufacturer at my own cost and time to get the lenses re-edged. They could not tell me how long it would take to get them fixed.I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THAT ANYONE USE THIS COMPANY!

I have ordered from Lens.com for over 10 years now and I LOVE them. Never had a problem with them. They stock lenses unlike other sites online and deliver them fast.

Worst Customer service going. Did not follow up with anybody. Phones did not work until 2 hours after supposed to be open. Then still waiting. 17 emails and 3 calls and 3 faxes. RIP OFF
